- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On the way home from Lincoln to our home in Alexandria, I got a terrible migrane. My husband decided that I wouldn't make it all the way home. We checked in to the ER. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable about my rare Addison's disease(adrenal insufficiency). I was seen quickly and evaluated by the Nurse Practicioner on call. She thought it was more adrenal crisis than migraine. They had no trouble with my port. The nurse used very sterile procedures!! After some IV fluids and steroids I was feeling much better. Thank you to everyone who took care of me. I forgot your names, but I will never forget the wonderful care I received tonight!! Thank you again!!March 18, 2017by Adela Williams
